Information about gift cards

When you purchase a gift card from Bidouron, you choose the amount and pay for it like any other purchase.

 You will receive the gift card in a virtual form via email, with the amount that you have paid already credited to it.

 You will also receive a unique code to use for a future purchase, which will debit the gift card.

 If the gift card is intended to be given to someone else, you will need to inform them of the unique code so they can use it to place an order on the Bidouron website.

 If the total amount to be paid is greater than the amount on the gift card (purchase price + any shipping costs), the person can use the entire amount of the gift card and pay the remaining balance via their preferred method of payment.

 If the total amount to be paid is less than the amount on the gift card (purchase price + any shipping costs), the amount due will be debited from the gift card and a new gift card for the remaining balance will be sent to the email of the person who placed the order. The remaining balance can be used for a future purchase.

 It is possible to purchase multiple gift cards in a single transaction, with amounts of your choosing.

 A customer can choose to use one or multiple gift cards to pay for all or part of an order at Bidouron.

 Shipping fees are not applicable to gift cards.

 NOTE: Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue.
