In which countries can products be delivered?

 Bidouron only ships its products to the 27 countries in Europe and the Principalities of Andorra, Monaco, and San Marino.

 Do I have to pay shipping fees?

 The amount of the shipping fee is 5 Euros.

 Our orders come with a tracking number. The shipping fee is automatically indicated during the validation of your order.

 Are taxes included?

 Our prices are displayed All Taxes Included. However, depending on the destination country, these orders may be subject to possible taxes and customs fees. These costs and formalities are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the carrier upon delivery.

 What are the delivery times?

 Each of your orders is printed and shipped from Europe, on demand (to avoid overproduction), it takes about 8 to 10 business days from the validation of your cart. This delay includes 3 to 4 business days for the preparation of your order, plus 3 to 4 business days from the shipment of your package until it arrives at your door. We decline any responsibility for delays in delivery due to the carrier.

 What delivery methods are available?

 Your orders are shipped in Standard mode via transport services such as UPS.

 How do I track my package?

 At the shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping email containing the tracking link of your package.

 You can track the progress of the shipment using the tracking number provided by the carrier.

 What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

 If you are not at home when the delivery driver arrives, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox, indicating the time and day of delivery and, if necessary, the location where you can pick up the package. The time frame for collecting your package will be noted on the delivery notice. You must present yourself with your delivery notice and a piece of identification.

 What should I do if I haven't received my package?

 Your orders are delivered approximately 8 to 10 business days after validation of your cart.

 If a package is indicated as "delivered" by the carrier, and you still have not received it, we will not be able to offer you a refund. For more information, you will need to contact the carrier directly.
